Starting tomorrow December 1st, each day in your calendar until Dec 25th is a training session. Its only 5-15 min per day. You can do the daily workout on its own, or add it to your regular routine.
Daily workouts are designed to help you conquer the Rise Troops Challenge, other races (especially ocr and related events), strength for many sports and activities, and real world fitness for life!
You only need you, and your sandbag. See previous post on how to make one easy and cheap.
